LOWER LEVEL

Beggining with the lower level, you will find  a family room/pool table with TV and DVD, stereo, sofa sleeper, full bathroom, one queen private room, and one double bunkbed private room with TV and DVD. The lower level alone sleeps eight. Take the stairway up to the main level and to enjoy some of the best, unobstructed views of Breckenridge Mountain, and the Ten Mile Range, in all of Summit county.

MAIN LEVEL

The main floor boasts a large 70 inch TV, VCR, DVD, and stereo. Sit back in the open main floor sitting area (family room) or access the large wrap-around deck just outside to see the sites. The private hot tub also sits just off this floor on the deck where music from Bose speakers and views surround you.

The full kitchen is also on this level and has all the necessary tools to make gourmet meals. The main floor has an 8 person dining table adjoining the kitchen as well as another eating area and sun room with a ten person wood table which allows for family gatherings and game nights where everyone has a seat. The main floor sleeps six with a king, two twins and a queen sofa sleeper. A full bath is also on this level.

Located on the upper level, you will find the master bedroom and a comfortable sitting/reading area that overlooks the main level and has beautiful views of the mountains through the wall of windows. The king-size bedroom also includes a full-bath/shower, dual sinks as well as a steam shower --to take the chill off on those exta snowy days.
